Abstract

Media consumption has changed drastically over the last years - and still is changing - and so is marcom. To give you insights in the shifts and forecasts from 2016 to 2019, Bicle produced this field research in close collaboration with the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS). To find out more about the Information Consumption and MarCom behavior, including future shifts, of the bicycle industry Professional, a deeper understanding of the target group was needed. To reach this Bicle conducted a field research in the form of an online questionnaire. In total 100 industry Professionals have filled out the questionnaire of which 26% were in the CEO category, 30% in the sales category, and 20% of the respondents had a marketing job within the industry. The field research was conducted in April and May 2016 in close collaboration with the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS).
